  • In case of exchange, the users can return their products along with the Order Number, Picture of Product as well as a detailed reason for exchange should be provided over the email.

  • After confirmation from our end, product/products can be returned to B – 75, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301, India.

  • Customers are required to return the products only in their original packing by Allextreme at our return address given above. Order number should be labeled very clearly on the packing.

  • Once the return shipment gets delivered to us, we will ship the exchange item to your original address. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping for both return and exchange process.
